I posted this in the wip section a while ago and got good feedback. Thank you for that guys! I filled up the foreground and made a couple compromises in favor of the camera projection. In example 3D trees. Once set up they are a lot of fun. It takes a while to get to the fun part tho and there was a lot more on my list in terms of moving objects but I reached my deadline.

Nice works, if I could suggest something its 2nd image. I like it a lot, but at first sight Id add slightly more value depth/variation to small ships between giant ones. Should help to achieve more sense of distance between.
