Ok here we go, i did not see that last days but i think the color-palette is really great i love this sunlight going over theses 'rocks' but i think the light is to strong wich is coming from the sun. And the width from the entrace is a bit to big for 'me'.

But i really really like it and i hope u can do a mattepainting out of it, how u can draw !!!

hey thanks sercret pixel, I saw your underwater work and I love it too!
yeah I might tone the sunlight down a bit, it start to look a bit unnatrual, and will thrink the gate down a bit to enhance the perspective and depth. Thanks for the great suggestions, is good to have a good looking sketch before going to production. ;)

I think this is a great start and the colors do work well together. I would agree that the bright colors are a little much but keep in mind that the bright colors also create the the focus and in turn the composition. The branch pushes the direction also. Maybe something to think about,....? I feel like the entire sketch has brush movements to direct the viewer to the focal point, with an exception of the tracks that move the eye in the opposite direction.

I love the color palete as well. The hints of green mixed with the oranges works really well. I like the branch on the right, I think if you added a few more to it it may help. Right now it looks a little out of place to me because there is only one branch there. It's looking really nice!

yeah I think I might add a bit more bransh there, and also darken the rocks near the frame so it looks more unify. =)
