But the Teaser of the latest Spielberg movie is based on few matte paintings.

Is it just me, or anyone else think thats a really bad composite with the trees and the sky..?

I get the idea that those aren't "real" shots, just mockups for the
teaser. Kind of like that shot of a tractor hitting the car windshield in the
"Twister" trailer. More and more, studios and directors are asking for
trailer shots that don't really relate to anything in the final film.

At least, I HOPE that's what's going on here.
