Hey guys,

Thanks for the interest. As you would assume, we have quite a bit applications to go through. I really apologies if I can not reply to all of you on a daily basis because remember, I'm not a full time HR, I'm matte painter myself and I have couple shots to get done too ;)

In the mean time, here are tips on good portfolio submissions.

A good eye for color and composition can show in a good concept painting. A couple of them will help.

Remember that all the matte painting shots we do here are full on moving shots with, most of the time, pretty aggressive camera moves. Showing the ability to texture and model in 3D apps will help. We like GI renders.
