I have a question. You have a lot of very blocky man made objects with tons of straight lines. How do you paint all of the straight lines so well? Do you make a selection for the shape and then paint in it or do you just use the shift key with the brushes to make straight lines? Or maybe something else. Did you draw this on paper and scan it, or start from scratch in Photoshop?

I used the line tool to draw some dozen perspective lines. Then I draw a very rough cityscape with some basic buildings. I used the shift key to paint horizontal lines. When I had that basic concept I went deeper and deeper into details.

But next time I will use a CG model. Just painting is a wonderful vintage process. But it's terrible time consuming. But you're suggestion was right. I did it from the first sketch entirely in Photoshop. I will post a making of next week when I have more time, I'm involved in a pretty heavy job right now. Thanks for your interest.

Best wishes, Jack
