Just uploading an early wip on my current matte. The waterfall will probably be removed and I want the picture to be kinda foggy but yet have a somewhat dramatic sky.
I haven't had the time to work on a matte painting for quite some time now. I have a lot of stuff to do in school now so I have to give it a small prio.
Anyway, the last WIP I uploaded, that picture has been abandoned. Atleast for now. It's too difficult for me.
So, here is the one I'm currently working on. Any CC is more than welcome.
Been quite sometime now since I touched anything with matte painting, been real busy at school. However, I have some time now so I'm giving you a quick update with a WIP of my current little 'project'. (Still very early)
The black thingy to the left will in time be changed to a 3D tower. (First time I use 3D in a matte painting).
Any CC is as usual, more than welcome.
Here is a quick update.
Working towards my personal deadline, so only a couple of hours left. Pretty stressed but ey, better get used to it, hehe. I skip the tower to the left because it, in my opinion, ruins the composition.
Just updating with one of my current projects. Have a couple of 'em cooking and I'll be posting them once every piece is finished.
This one is one.. gah. I've got MANY hours left with this one. (Fixing the ground, color correction, lightning etc)
I just wonder, the cracks in the ground, do you guys think I should make one or both bigger? Or are they okey size at the moment?
Can't really decide, heheh.
Anyhow,
Thanks for looking,
-Alexander I

Haven't updated this thread for quite some time now. Figured it would be nice to do it.
Here is an early WIP on one of my current little projects. Not quite sure how I should do with the lightning when the sky is the way it is. But yeah, always up for a challenge! As always; C&C is more than welcome.
Thanks for looking,
