I am working on a real effects driven film and I need a matte painter, or two, however many it takes, because I literally understand nothing about it.

The main scenes that I will need painted are destruction scenes. Like where an entire city is destroyed and bodies are everywhere, etc. and smoke slowly rises into the air, sometimes it will be in the background of a shot, and ALL of it will have to be incorporated into live action footage. Now, like I said, I don't understand how any of this 3d stuff works, I do VFX and camerawork, and directing, not animation or anything like that, so I don't really understand it
