We are currently looking to add a recruiter to the existing team looking after the recruitment of artists and TDs for the film teams. Our new team member needs to be out-going, amenable, positive and professional.
MPC are always looking for the best creative talent, your role will be varied and interesting.
Daily you will be working on the whole recruitment lifecycle for specific teams, from advertising and sourcing right through to the offer stage with candidates.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager the team aspect of this role is crucial. We all work together to achieve long-term goals and projects so reporting back and updating each other is a key component of this role.
As a team we work closely with HR and our Resource Manager to ensure the whole business is working together and providing a great experience for all our new and existing hires, our people are important to us.
You will be utilising social networking, job boards, referrals, and our internal network to find the best talent in the industry to work on our exciting new shows thatís commence later this year. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Heads of Departments and other team members is crucial, alongside working hard to develop and build a network of contacts.
You will be reviewing cvís and showreels with support from Heads of Department for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Prescreening, interviewing and feeding back to candidates are all important parts of managing the communication with the candidate along with extending offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the recruitment manager and Head of departments.
Each team member is expected to provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company, our projects and position and the offer being made to them.
Itís important to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and we work closely with our HR and management teams.
The internet plays a large part in our market research so being savvy and experienced in online databases, tracking and networking are a must.
