I really like those dabs of blue light on the foreground building, they're very effective! My only comment is that there might be a few more lights on in some of the other smaller buildings since the sun is setting. Anyway, it's quite a beautiful piece!

I like the mood and colors. The only thing is, it looks like they cut off electricity in the whole city except for the tall buildings and that small area in the middle, what makes them stand out a bit too much. And with such strong light there should be a bit more light/shadow play in general.
