Well debashish, I guess you are right in a way? I felt I would point kunalkalra2001 in some direction with out creating a huge paragraph here on this thread, because in depth "Matte Painting" could go on for a really long time but to make it simple the bare minimal facts are these:
1. A good solid understanding of Light and Exposure
2. Painting in a photographic style
3. A good understanding of Perspective (strong focal point)
4. A strong Composition
5. Some Camera Knowledge and Animation
6. Color (for matching plate)
7. And plenty of contacts and a huge network of friends in the Industry helps to get started...LOL

Well that's it in a nut shell, I hope that explains it a little more thoroughly.
