The composition is quite confusion as I wouldn't have guessed it at all. Perhaps some contracts will work out to be better than one over all light colour blue. Also the edges are a bit repetitious,...

Very interesting but it looks like it's missing something between the rocks and the lighthouse...a bit too much open space for me...perhaps some water movement or light reflection....
