I think both of them requires some atmospheric effects like fog, mist, water spray to tie it all together. Also, you may defocus BG elements a bit in your comp.

Nice one Pedro, I think a bit too much light wrap, softness and glow are taking the photo realism out of this piece. Also lighting seems a bit blotchy at some places but overall good work!
