Hi, I used a good "Vibel Moeung" Zbrush tutorial and took to the 3d max 2009, I applied textures, then used Mental Ray to render.

I don´t know about "inspirational or references" copyright laws, I believe there is no any problem in using an artist or an image as a "reference or inspiration" to a photo...
