Coming together really nicely, but something with the distribution of light looks wrong??? Maybe the buildings need to be reflecting the pink sky-light? ... and maybe a little more...

That looks heaps nicer. It now now looks like low tide. though you've cut the water quite sharp at the back.(just a minor thing). but overall i think its a good job.
