Hi everybody !
First of all, I don't know if my topic is in the right section so if it doesn't please move it ^^
I usualy make all my camera projection stuff in Maya but I have to work on 3dsmax for a project and I'm a little bit lost.
Here is my question: What are the difference between these two techniques :
1/ Using a "camera map" modifier linked to my camera on my 3d object nd assign to them a standart material.
2/ Instead of using this modifier I apply to my object a "camera map per pixel" material linked to the camera.
After a few tests I only saw that with the modifier I can see my projection in the viewport and I don't see it when using the special material.
Can someone tell me when I have to use one technique and when I have to use the other one ?
I'm french so I hope my english was good enough to explain my little problem ^^
Thanks
See U
