Here is a five part documentary on Youtube, featuring the master of the brush, Albert Whitlock. 'Der Zauberer von Hollywood' ('The wizard of Hollywood') was made by Rolf Giesen for German television in 1986 and shows some rare insights in Whitlocks work in front, as well as behind the camera. No subtitles, I'm afraid.
