Hi all,

I study landscape architecture for 2 years now, well i was just searching the net for techniques to improve presentation skills. And by luck i came across this marvelous website and i am amazed of all the work here.

Offcourse we also learn drawing and perspective techniques, but it's really amateurish compared to what i see here.

I think it's just like with filmmaking very important to have a good impression of what you design and how it will look in real life. Therefore you have great concept designers to help filmmakers.

But it would be fantastic if i learn to mix media like this. It will improve my work, becease i can test my designs by really seeing it.

Offcourse i have some knowledge about photoshop, i have mostly learned some simple techniques to mix photo's but i think it often looks way to artificial and also you have less freedom. I guess mixing drawing and photo's would give me the most artistic freedom to design whatever i like.

My question is: if you guys maybe know some good landscape tutorials, where drawing and photo's are combined? Or maybe you guys have tips what media or programs to use to make great landscapes?
I have already seen some video's of Dylan Cole wich where very usefull, maybe you guys know more artists who also focus alot on landscapes?
Or maybe some tips how i should start as a noob?

(srry for my broken english)
