I think there should be some shadow on street.

Sky does not look realistic at all, I'm sorry.
Maybe at the top it's fine, but where it meets the buildings just does not look right. I'm really sorry but I'm having a hard time figuring out why... it looks to much like a gradient.

MUCH MUCH better. It's quite convincing in the foreground. The background still needs something... I think the color pallette isn't quite matching with the buildings. And the end of the bridge looks funky, like it was clone-brushed poorly.

But vast improvement! Keep it up!
