Hi all:
I have been roaming these forums for a while but this is the first time I post. This is one of my first attempts at matte painting. its pretty low res. Let me know what you think.

I like the background mood

Looks nice, I like the background and sky especially.

As far as criticism goes, I think the colours are a touch too saturated (especially on the ground and the rocks). The colours in the foreground would probably also benefit from being darker and more towards blue/violet-ish

Really nice work though, I'd like to see an updated version.

This is still displaying much brighter and with higher contrats than the original, but it's the closest i can get. Thanks for the feedback.
