If matte were the baseplate - that would be great )) Your image is way worse then original in my opinion.

Yes, when you put the two together the original photograph shines out as being amazing.
Making your matte look quite badly composed and lit in a confusing daytime and evening light - both at the same time.

If I were you I would set my sights on something less spectacular with this image.
As it is already really good. More subtle and with less obvious image hacking.
