I think it is an ambitious work in terms of scale and the human element! Follow the light reference you started on your concept painting for the person- need to contiue light on the left of him like in the hair. Is the building complex too big for the proximity? Not sure- maybe try scaling it down just a bit! I'm new to this so don't take my opinions too harshly!!

Nice mattepainting, I agree with above person. A little bit work on the background elements you make this a great piece.
