My first attempt!

Hey everyone:

So this is my first attempt at a matte painting. This is my house and some random field,.I know I know,..lots to learn yet, but sure is fun!

Hey not bad for a first attempt!

Anyway for improvement I guess you could try making the house a little more bigger and add more details and elements in the foreground while giving more importance to house. Also try taking out fog from the foreground and add more shadows in your scene.

I think I would rotate the house a little bit clockwise. The perspective doesn't seem to sit right to me.
