Hi Creatives!
here is one of my paintings in larger format. I used Photoshop for it. Time? I have no idea anymore :?
Original size:
Dimensions: 1536x1152 pixels
Resolution: 144 pixels/inch
Please give ma feedback....

hi,
Rene is Storm now...because of login probs...
the foreground first 3rd is the original plate but overpainted...the rest is painted...

It looks good so far, do you plan to add to it at all or is it just one part of a composite?

It’s so settle and clean.
I bet if you put this in the back of a real footage, it will look totally believable.
But you’ll end up experiencing new challenges.
Snow and winter are really popular subjects for matte painting, since not too many directors rather to shoot in winter.
And a good example of using winter matte painting is in King Arthur.

It’s always good to make your scene a bit better than the real world.
You might do that by altering the color-mood.
