bombs over Limoges

Hi everybody.

Well this is my first post here, and sorry, i wont write more to introduce my self because, as a french dude, my english is like my painting experience ... quite low ;)

Something about this painting : i'm trying to destroy this city a little bit, like if it was under bombs.

(Those pictures are quite bigs so i put the thumbail.)

So here is the picture i used to start my painting : (" place de la république" at Limoges city)

Then here's the "light changing" part.

Now comes the "fun" part : buildings destruction and people erasing (and cars too).
I start my work on the right side of the picture, so nothing have been changed on the other side.

This painting isn't finish yet, so i will put more and more pictures of this WIP till i finish it.

Its a good start. I like it. I am looking forward to seeing what you will do with this piece. I am most interested to see where and what your focal point will be. Since this is most important you might start that next and then work on other minor elements later? At the moment I keep staring at that fountain and there's a big space to the right of it where I could imagine a crater or half a plane or something. It's only a personal suggestion though.

I would have keep some color in the picture...

But if you want to make everything as dark as you have it now, you should replace the sky with thick dark clouds...(The main source of light is the sky.
)
