Hey all,

This is my first posting here. This image was a personal study on directional lighting while I had some free time at work. It's pretty much done as its a small image and not much going on, just wanted that magic hour sunset glow painted in to look magical. So I've posted it for you guys to look at!

Well, I'll admit, painting such a strong light souce from off to the left, while showing a strong sunset from behind IS pretty magical...Oversaturated? Most definitely. Believable? No way.

Now that you've gotten your first uploaded image out of the way by postinc a small image you're done with, you can relax and work more on your lighting consistency, so next time we have something really really good to look at. This is nice enough, but c'mon...

The secret to matte work is to create magical, yet believable environments and settings, not just photomanipulated images with a predominant color scheme.
