Guide me in Mattepainting

Hi

My name is naveen from Bangalore, I like photoshop and working has a graphic designer and have 4 year experience in photoshop. I do not have any art background.

I am very much confident in PhotoShop, I can get any kind of effect, texture, manupulate photos and do corrections. I know 3DS and Maya.


I am very much interested in matte painting. How I am I to start in this field?
I am already practising on matte painting tutorials posts on the net.
What should I do to get a job in matte painting
Anybody outthere please guide me.
