I think that the sky needs a better perspective.And the detailing specialy
on the long distant buildings is too smooth.Maybe you should "crisp" it a little bit.Try to crack the walls and not just "dirty" them.

I agree with BILLONI in his points. The sky is just not in the right perspective. Also the natural lightning. As you see in the original image the light is coming from left but in the matte it's directly coming for the top. If you gonna change the light source you need to change the whole painting. Maybe add some brighter points to the tops of the buildings. Add more realistic fog and smoke to the scene. Especially to the left. Other than that it's looking cool.
