The In-house Visual Effects Department on Universal’s feature Slither seeks great artists and animators.

A small crew of very focused talent is being setup as an in-house department to work closely with director James Gunn. This internal department is a great opportunity to break away from the fix-it-in-post mentality and join a team committed to a new way of film making. This is a creature effects heavy film with a variety of challenging work.

Senior to intermediate artists are asked to apply as soon as possible for positions opening late march and early April. Contracts would extend to mid August and the beginning of September.

Junior and entry level artists are not required now. Vancouver based artists are preferred for tax purposes, but as we are seeking the best talent the globe has to offer, artists able to relocate are also encouraged.
