if i was to be picky i would point out that the painting is from the view of the camera and not the painter depicted :P if the painting (within the painting) was more unfinished, or had that gloss of fresh paint (it might just about have some specular reflections off that spot light above?), it might make it look less like a duplicated iamge.

the painted elements like the bookcase and junk scattered around fit into the photo very nicely indeed
