Hi all, here is a matte I did last year. It was for a pitch for FOX UK to promote their film Day After Tomorrow online. The concept was to create a series of mattes like this around the world then compress the result down to a webcam frame. Over time survivors would appear in shot and users would email in to report, winning a prize. Of course the end result was much poorer quality, but the fact that it came from this original matte made the images online seem more real.
