-The sky layer on top (even with low opacity) makes the elements to look transparent.
-More contrast for the bridge would be good too
But itís an interesting matte painting

Loose the lens flare. It's a little tacky.
The mountain range at the back is very good. I think the light goes a little funny from the bridge towards the forground, more contrast perhaps?

There's a lot of odd things going on with lighting direction. The
scene is supposed to be backlit, but the terrain is lit from the
right side, same with the tree. The bridge is frontlit, maybe?
The rock formations on the right are frontlit, and from slightly
to the left. The castle on the right is lit low and fron the right.
A backlit scene like this would be almost entirely silhouetted.

Its a imaginary world, not very realistic, i have created 2 suns, one off in the shot, and another in the middle, its sure the shadow not are in 2 direction but its an effect i want for this picture.

I have to say I liked the first image much better the green gave it a very cool atmoshpere. If you took that image and just erased out the parts where the sky is overlapping your background mountains castles etc, this painting would really kick @$$!
I also have to agree about the lens flare it is taking away from the image.
great work.
