Yes its respected, if you look the original picture, look the size of people, and look the size of the people in the snow is the corrects size becaus its more high of the original ground and the distance is different.

i Have painted the 4 people in the correct sizes, perspectives after i have tested a big scale, i have rescaled the size for the window of the building.
The first person in the Foreground (in the right) are at a higher level, in the snow.

Great atmosphere. Good work.

I too thought the proportion was off, but it seems it's just an illusion based on the amount of the snow.

I do have 2 crits though. First I think a little depth is needed in the lights. The farthest persons light seems the brightest, where as the closest persons light is the dullest. It needs to be reversed for depth.

Second, if the lights are actually that bright (based upon they amount the illuminate the ground) then they would "highlight" the left side of the figures, which is especially true for the closest person. You would see little more of their arm.
