nice image.. cool composition.. my primary coments would be that the background buildings aren't in correct perspective. the also have a light source illuminating them from the opposite direction that the alleyway is illuminated.. that is possible with a city scene, however if that is your intention you should alter the color of the casting light to a synthetic type of light source, and aslo add the moon light to the same side as the alley. also, the bur of the tallest building (as a depth of field effect) doesnt seem to be consistant with the rest of the image.
