BATMAN: THE FINAL VICTORY is an independently produced comic book fan-film, filmed in Boston. The writer/director is Robert P. Young, a recent graduate of Harvard College.
The movie asks the question: “What would it take for Batman to give up his dark mission?”
The answer is: Robin. Or rather, a world without Robin. When the Dark Knight’s most tragic villain, Two-Face, nearly kills Batman’s young partner on two occasions, Batman comes to the conclusion that he can no longer put Robin in danger as a crime-fighter. Realizing that he would also devastate Robin if he were to die alone in the streets, Batman gives up the cape and cowl himself to be a father to his young ward.
Though this movie is not for sale or distribution, the cast and crew hope it will still get recognition from comic book fans the world over, as it is an original take on a legendary character.
I am looking for someone who can paint (or digitally create) the exterior of Wayne Manor, the Batcave, the exterior of Arkham Asylum (the loony bin where Batman sends the Joker, Riddler, etc. after they're caught), and the Gotham City skyline.
Compensation to be negotiated. The film has a small budget and no profit can be made from it due to its copyrighted characters. But there will be large exposure for an artist (streaming video online) and on DVDs.
Thank you!
