I like the firt two especially, but I think the third ones perspective is off with the building, and the sky has too much grain compared to the foreground.
Great color scheme. Did you add the cars.

I agree with Brandon, the first two are good, the third with the train
tracks has some problems. The sky needs to be in sharper focus
to match the other elements (and degrained), and your perspective distortion
on the bldgs is too extreme, and too obviously done as
one step in Photoshop. Your first step should be to plot the perspective
lines (easy to do using the train tracks), and then very carefully cut
and paste (if that's how you want to do it) your photo in several
stages (front faces, then side faces, then trees etc.) so that the
perspective on everything is correct.
With the view looking up at the buildings, plot the perspective on the
left buildings, then conform the right building to match. Also make sure
everything you're using has correct focus.

Oops, just noticed something in the first mountain shot...
The sun direction isn't consistent. On the BG mountains, the sun
is coming from the left, and on the FG track with the footprints etc.,
it's coming from high up on the right somewhere.
