DreamWorks Animation is seeking a digital artist for our Matte Painting Department.
Location: Glendale, CA
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provides foreground, mid-ground, and background paintings.
-Assists with troubleshooting the background components created.
-Work closely with Production Designer, Production Supervisor, and Matte Painting Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Ability to establish priorities, work within a group, and proceed with objectives with supervision.
-Strong communication skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Strong communication skills.
Experience and Credentials:
-Two plus years related experience.
-Traditional painting portfolio required.
-Strong knowledge of Photoshop an advantage.
-Experience with 3D animation systems and compositing a plus.
