Horatio character/environment study

The challenge on this one, was to create an alley that is much more gritty and harsh than the colorful backdrop of a higher class society (for a friend's thesis which is about a bumb and his encounter with a telekinetic rat in that hole there). Technically, I wanted to try and paint a character to meld in with photos and paint, but keep it somewhat on the stylistic side. I'm open for comments/suggestions, cause I'm still wanting to refine it some more.

This is looking really good.
It just need some more work to blend everything together.
For example the end of left wall should gradually become out of focus to match with the background.
