Not bad. I like the subject and the idea.
Maybe you add some particles effects like smoke, etc...

Not sure what breed of Penguins those are, but they seem about the size of a sedan ;) also, try to match up the lighting a bit better on the stuff in the background as it doesnt match the foreground stuff entirely, Its jus a bit off.
