for all my life I used to believe it's a flood mitigation system... a rather large underground structure used to channel excess water

these have been around for ages they are truly amazing..I thought it was some crazy Japanese kids 3D project at first....

did you have anything to do with a landrover commercial. it mentioned tokyo and looked like some of those mattes.

just wondering. if not maybe they used the same theme.

Excellent, I thought the exact same thing when I opened up the link.
