I tried to integrate 3d model into a photo... :)

That's a great concept! However, considering the "quality" of light you have in the picture, the contrast appears too high.

Go to http://www.itchy-animation.co.uk/light.htm and click on "Part 3". Then scroll about half way down to the "Overcast" section. You'll see, in both his illustration and his photos, that such lighting has little contrast. Scroll on down and see the other examples, too.

Looks great, but I agree with Jay Gladwell. You should up your black levels a little bit and adjust the highlights a bit down. Nice though, you've got a winner.

so, i changed the contrast:

to space-sprayer: the cracks are painted in photoshop

I wouldnt have gone that far with contrast, I would half what you just did and the original. BTW the big sphere's cracks look a little pixelated like you resized it a little or the texture wasn't big enough. The integration looks great.

That looks very realistic, much better than the first. Although I think the highlight on top of the spheres is maybe a bit too bright.

nice, I like the first one. if I had a crit, its maybe a tad too dark on the ball shadows.

but looks good to me. :D
