this is a matte painting i did a few weeks ago. the title because the pic kinda shows a connection (the bridge) from the past into the future (the big city in the background). i thought that title would be cool. =)

i'm actually pretty happy with the result. a lot of work went into it. i could need some more opinions about it so... shoot at me with everything that comes up when you're looking at the pic. :)

intuos3 - photoshop - 5000px wide - 35hrs

Excellent job done here. Love the atmosphere. Don't like the harsh change of painted and photos but thats just me :-]

Yea i agree with xdreamer. I think the contrast of the new buildings should be lowered, and the brightness increased. Its nice to show off the obvious skill you have, but the background is a bit too harsh for me. Other than that i really love it. I think you got fantastic integration of different elements, and a great creative mind!
