Has a great feel and composition to it. A short breakdown would be nice, as in whats painting in PS and whats done in 3ds max and for that matter whats a raw photo in the matte. Good work

Great job Pene Menn. Light and color matching is wonderful. Headstones to the left on the hill slightly feel floaty. I'd try adding a bit more shadows to them to define placement. Cheers!

Its very nice. You have done a good job matching colors and such, and it is a nice composition.
One thing that sticks out and flattens the image a bit and should be easy to change is that all of the gravestones are about the same height. Compositionally it is much more pleasing to have things in varying heights and shapes (look at a building panorama) so that your eye can float around comfortably. If everything is the same height the eye will tend to flatten out the image for some reason.

hope it is of some help.

Very well done.

The only comment I'd like to make is that you might want to raise the contrast of your image by maybe punching up the pool of light you have in the center. This will give you nice silhouetting of the foreground stones. This will attract the eye and make it a bit more dramatic.

Nicley executed!
