Hi,
These are some matte i did for a TV Show.
The sky was a really huge pics (5080x1024 pixels).

The first picture is amazing. I love the color of the sky. Well all pictures are great.

you can see a movie for the first one.

For the second one, i used about 10 pics of clouds...I blended them and painted in photoshop.

this stuff is amazing!! I really love the quality of your work.

How much is photo and how much is painted?
And now the worst question of the world: where did you learn to paint skies that way?

EDIT: sorry, now I see you already explained it. Anyway, great work.
